Sally and Erik combine professional expertise with lived experience of neurodivergent family life. Together, they support families of autistic and PDA children with clarity, compassion, and practical understanding.

About Sally

Sally is a teacher, trainer, and parent of an autistic child, with over twenty years of lived experience supporting her own son and many other autistic and PDA children.

She has spent more than 2,000 hours in one-to-one learning relationships, holds SEN Law certification, and has extensive experience helping families navigate EHCPs and the education system.

Today, Sally also works as a study-skills tutor and mentor for university students with autism and ADHD and regularly supports parents using her professional knowledge and lived experience.

About Erik

Erik is a social worker with over twenty-five years of experience supporting families, including work in Child Protection, Early Help, and Family Support.

For 25+ years, he has worked closely with families at risk of breakdown and has supported over 1,000 families through complex and challenging situations.

Erik is also an expert coach and trainer in Solution Focused Brief Therapy and has trained more than 5,000 social workers and family support workers in this approach.

Alongside his professional work, he brings over twenty years of lived experience as a parent of an autistic child, offering families calm, practical, and deeply understanding support.
